GMP compliant pilot type for clinical samples and process validation. Equipped with CIP automatic cleaning system.

LYOPRO series production freeze dryers — all models equipped with CIP/SIP as standard, fully compliant with FDA/cGMP, differing only in drying area and capacity.

AUTOMATION SYSTEMS
Lyomac's fully automatic vial loading/unloading system seamlessly connects freeze dryers with filling lines, completing automatic vial arrangement, push-loading, and post-lyophilization unloading in an aseptic environment, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing contamination risk.
CLEANING & STERILIZATION
CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) systems ensure the sterile cleanliness of freeze dryer chambers, piping, and condensers. Fully automatic program control, GMP validation compliant, integrable with freeze dryer control systems for one-click cleaning and sterilization.
ASEPTIC ASSURANCE
Lyomac Aseptic Isolators provide Grade A aseptic environment protection for freeze dryer loading/unloading. Using H14 HEPA filtration and VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) sterilization technology to ensure product sterility integrity during transfer.
STERILE TRANSFER
The SUB Door (Sterile Unloading Bay) is used for aseptic material transfer between freeze dryers and cleanrooms. Double-door interlock design ensures pressure differential isolation between different cleanliness zones, combined with VHP sterilization for safe aseptic material transfer. Suitable for connecting freeze dryer discharge end with downstream packaging lines in pharmaceutical lyophilization production.
