The Remanufacturing Process:
All insulation is removed from
the lyophilizer. For freeze
dryers designed with external condensers, this includes
the external condenser in addition to the chamber.
Product shelves are recoated (Kynar)
or Re-polished (Stainless Steel). The mechanical skid is sand
blasted and re-painted. New components are installed on the
skid.
The chamber door is re-installed
and new hardware is added.
Metallic sheeting covers new insulation
for all sections.
